The rain fortunately held off for the most part, for the return of Ambleside Sports, after a break of 2 years. There was a good turnout with 151 juniors and 93 seniors taking to the start line for the guides fell races.
In the Senior Guides fell Race Finlay Grant of Dark Peak claimed his second win of the season in a time of 14.11, whilst first lady home and sharing the winners podium was Helen Smith of Wharfedale Harriers in a time of 18:02.
