What a great turnout with 100 seniors and 149 juniors for todays Guides races at Ambleside Sports. It was also a good day with the weather also with just the occasional spot of rain. Winner of the senior Guides race was Simon Bailey of Staffordshire Moorlands in a time of 14.48 with Amelie Lane of Wharfedale Harriers taking the ladies title in a time of 16.46.
