It is currently unlikely that the Membership secretary will be present at Hawkswick to process Membership Forms. Should anyone arrive with a Membership Form or wish to join on the day, they must hand in their form and pay for membership before the race, however they will also need to complete an entry on day form in order to run. This will mean they run with a Non Member number, but when the results are processed, they will be updated to include their correct Members number. This will also apply at any other race where the Membership Secretary is not available
