Junior fell races start 3.30pm, seniors no earlier than 4.30pm

Car parking will be £5, plus a £1 charge for adults to enter the sports field.

Starting in the Show Field, then out onto the road and round the back lanes for a short way before a steep climb up the fell, along the top and back down, with a few walls and streams to negotiate on the way and an uphill finish.
