A classic fell race, one of the highlights for Kilnsey Show


Kilnsey Crag is a short but extremely tough race, which for the seniors involves a descent down a narrow rock chimney which can only safely be negotiated at speed with the help of a rope, The junior races are also quite challenging involving steep scree descents.
There are also handicapped track events, sprint and mile for seniors.
There is no fell race for U9 but this year there is 1 lap race around the track for U9 at 2.40

Additional information
    Entry to the senior race is strictly limited to maximum 100 for safety reasons. It is pre-entry, No entry on day.
    All runners must declare and collect their number from the BOFRA registration by 2.30pm.
    All runners must wear suitable footwear, eg studded fell shoes. Road shoes are not suitable.
