Greatest achievements (or disasters!): My offspring Fiona, Damien and Simon. Running wise, 3 Kendal winter league over 40's titles, 3 Kendal winter league over 50's title, BOFRA 2nd division title numerous times

Who is your sporting hero / villain!: Me on both counts or maybe Barry Sheene former world champion motorcycle champion

Anything else you want to add?: My nearest experience of heaven has got to be the fell race we do in the winter at Elterwater. Just train it sometime on your own, you'll see what I mean.
