How long have you been fell running?: This is my 2nd full Bofra season

Why fell running?: I love the hills even though I struggle up them and I love the challenge of off road running

Favourite Race(s) why?: Kettlewell for the river and the camping, Ambleside Sports for the fantastic view at the top

Greatest achievements (or disasters!): Greatest achievement is just finishing a race

Do you follow a training programme?: Not really but I have tried to run more often this year

What is your weekly mileage?: It varies between 10 and 20 miles a week, depending on the weather, I dont do rain, wind or snow

Who is your sporting hero / villain!: My sporting heros are all the ladies I know who just give fell running a go

Favourite food: Pizza

Favourite drink: Anything containing alcohol

Favourite shoes: Definitely 'Converse'

Favourite piece of running kit: My BOFRA T-shirt from last year

Favourite music / band: Alternative/Punk Green Day
