Final Instructions – Coniston Gullies 2021

All runners Seniors and Juniors, must bring full kit. You may need it depending upon the weather.

Please bring a buff or face mask to cover your mouth and nose when collecting numbers and on the start line.

Do not gather in large groups to spectate.

No Entry on Day – No Membership on Day

Remember!!
You must not attend the race if you are showing any signs of COVID-19 symptoms:
– a high temperature,
– a new, continuous cough,
– a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
In addition, do not attend if you have :
– been in contact with – anyone showing any signs of COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days
– been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace service,
– travelled within the last 14 days to an international location where self-isolation is required following your visit.

In order to avoid congestion around number collection do not arrive more than an 90 minutes before the first race you or your family will compete in. This should allow ample time to collect your number and walk to the start. Only 1 person from each family should come and collect all numbers. If there is a queue for collection please adhere to social distancing rules, or wait till the queue diminishes.

Please put your payment for the race in an envelope marked with names, club and total amount. Cash or cheques payable to BOFRA.

Do not assemble near the start line till at least the previous race has set off. Check the timetable, as it is different to normal BOFRA races.
